Almost everyone who is hypothyroid will suffer from:
• Low body temperature
• Cold extremities
• Difficulty losing weight
• Easy weight gain
• Fatigue
• Constipation
Most will also have any number of these symptoms:
• Sensitivity to cold
• Decreased perspiration
• High cholesterol
• Dry skin and/or hair
• Calloused heels
• Weak, brittle nails
• Fine and/or thinning hair
• Loss of outer third of eyebrows
• Facial puffiness, particularly around the eyes
• Poor digestion due to low stomach acid
• Itching
• Breathlessness, air hunger
• Brain fog
• Memory issues
• Muscle aches
• Joint pain
• Diminished reflexes
• Delayed relaxation of reflexes
• Slow heart rate
• Palpitations
• Congestive heart failure
• Fertility issues or repeated miscarriage
• Endometriosis, fibroids
• Menstrual issues
• Yeast infections, candida
• Fungal infections
• Depression
• Nervousness
• Mood swings
• Anxiety
• Nightmares
• Lethargy
• Insulin resistance
